Reservation Procedures

• Please call (800) 442-3654 and ask for the USCG HPT Workshop. Attendees can also book online. To secure the rate above, use Group Code: hpthpta when making your reservations.
• Reservations made using a personal credit card require tax exempt certificate.
• Advance reservations may be charged to Discover, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Diner's Club.
• You may cancel your reservation up to 6:00 PM the day of your arrival. If you do not cancel, you will be charged for one night plus taxes.
• The last date for guaranteed accommodations is August 24th. After this date, rooms are first come first served.
• If you wish to have a refrigerator and/or microwave in your room, please make the request with your reservation.
